Big Bite Social Media Launch + Strategy | 2026

As a freelance social media manager for Big Bite, I was brought on to develop and execute a foundational social media strategy focused on increasing local brand awareness in McKinney, TX. At the time, the business was just one year old and still largely undiscovered within its surrounding community.

The primary objectives were to position the restaurant as a go-to neighborhood spot, highlight its identity as a Korean-owned small business, and communicate its core value: fresh, healthy, made-to-order meals. With a limited budget, the strategy prioritized organic growth and community-driven engagement.

To support these goals, I created a content system centered on transparency, authencity, and education. Posts focused on the preparation and assembly of menu items, showcasing ingredients, process, and quality. This approach helped reinforce trust while visually emphasizing freshness. To maintain consistency and brand personality without relying on on-camera presence, I incorporated light, playful captions to keep the content approachable and engaging.

This is an ongoing freelance project where I continue to manage content creation, strategy, and performance optimization.
